CRAIG HAMILTON, Senior Pastor & Interim Student Director, Interim Men’s Director, Interim Social media Director
I believe there is a difference between saying something good and being good at saying something. My intention is never to entertain people, but to intrigue them. Get people to realize their true identity and share that with the world. That's why I try to live my life by 1 Corinthians 9:19-23, “Though I am free and belong to no one, I have made myself a slave to everyone, to win as many as possible. To the Jews I became like a Jew, to win the Jews. To those under the law I became like one under the law (though I myself am not under the law), so as to win those under the law. To those not having the law I became like one not having the law (though I am not free from God’s law but am under Christ’s law), so as to win those not having the law. To the weak I became weak, to win the weak. I have become all things to all people so that by all possible means I might save some. I do all this for the sake of the gospel, that I may share in its blessings.”

I love being able to have a birds eye view of the impact God is having on this community. My heart is centered on the people and the lives that are changed once it is touched by Holy Spirit. And the fact that God has given us the opportunity to create an atmosphere where He can move and have His way is something that I do not take lightly. What a humbling experience it is to be on the board of Church Two42 and to continuously make sure our hearts are aligned with what God is doing. Because at the end of the day it's truly about Him and I am thankful that that is where we keep our hearts centered.
Favorite quote: “So that you may live a life worthy of the Lord and please him in every way: bearing fruit in every good work, growing in the knowledge of God, being strengthened with all power according to his glorious might so that you may have great endurance and patience, and giving joyful thanks to the Father, who has qualified you to share in the inheritance of His holy people in the kingdom of light.” - Colossians 1:10-12

This isn’t about me! The fact is, I have given the Lord permission to use me. My desire has been to be his hands and feet. It has been such a blessing and so very humbling to be a part of the ministry that takes place through our church. Whether I’m running sound, playing drums, helping make decisions on the board, or participating in ministry opportunities, my prayer is that Holy Spirit use me to be salt and light. I encourage you to do the same.

JUSTIN WEST, Worship Director
My heart for worship and for overall church is that people would come to the realization that God is not some mean angry God sitting on His throne just waiting for you to screw up, but that He is an all- powerful, completely holy, eternally living God that wants a personal and intimate relationship with us and wants nothing but the best for us. I believe that He should get the honor He deserves not just with how good we sing a song or how much energy we can give but with how we live our lives.

ASHLEY SVOBODA, Children's Ministry Director
My passions are God, Family and the next generation. I have been an elementary school teacher for 12 years and was involved inyouth ministry for 6- I have a deep love for children of all ages and their families. I believe that God developed family as a reflection of himself and the way we are to interact with him. I want to empower families to grow together in Christ and be a reflection to those around them of the Lord's character and love.
Jesus has a heart for children- it is by our children that future generations will know Him. I want to help children learn who God is, who they are to God, and to understand the purpose God has for them in relation to others. My desire is that our children develop a personal relationship with Jesus and an unshakeable faith.
There is no junior Holy Spirit- as such I encourage our kids and students as Paul did when he wrote to Timothy; "Don’t let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith and in purity.” 1 Timothy 4:12

CHRISTINE CARSON, Community Pastor
I am a proud wife, blessed mom of three girls, a teacher at heart. I love God and I love people. I am honored to be a part of the Church Two42 community. Some other things I am passionate about include reading, music, meeting new people, learning new languages, missions/outreach, discipleship and prayer. The vision behind the prayer ministry is not only to be available to pray for others, but also to encourage and empower followers of Christ to grow in this spiritual discipline and understand the many facets to prayer! One thing I am passionate about is praying the scriptures from the Word of God, as this helps us to know who our God is and His promises!

LONDON ADAMS, Student Ministry Intern
The Lord gives us promises but it is our choice to believe in them. If I died I would hope the Lord would be able to look at me and say I was a person of faith. Faith in His all-powerful character, faith in His people to achieve all things for the Kingdom and faith that a world could change because He chose a girl like me to have faith. The passion God put in me for faith is the same passion I want to instill in the Junior High community. To encourage every student to develop a full and fruitful relationship with the Lord, then go out and believe in the impossible and be people of faith. TO heal the sick, raise the dead, cleanse those who have leprosy, drive out demons. Freely you have received; freely give. (Matthew 10:8)
